I am sure some of you know that quite a few of us are going to Blizzcon 2009 and the more the merrier. Although Blizzard has not set a date for the tickets to go on sale they have released the dates and its early this year. Last year tickets went on sale for $100 each and sold out (5000of them) in less then 15 mins, **then ppl like me had to buy them for $700 on E bay :( ** as a matter of fact it crashed the entire Blizzard store, so if you are planning to come start saving your gold now and keep in touch with me so we can buy them all at once!

Blizzcon, the gaming convention specifically designed to celebrate the games of Blizzard Entertainment, will return to the Anaheim Convention Center this August, the company revealed this morning.

The convention is seeing some slight changes this year to better accommodate attendees: Not only is the event happening nearly two months earlier (August 21-22, as opposed to Blizzcon 2008's October 10-11 appearance), but Blizzard plans to fill four convention halls with their wares, instead of last year's three.

Blizzard has yet to reveal information on when fans can purchase tickets to the show, but those hoping to attend should keep their eyes peeled. As with previous Blizzcons, I see this one selling out within hours of ticket sales going live.

As many of you know the next major content patch will include some very exciting things, such as Ulduar, a new epic raid dungeon, a wealth of new items, and much more. We thought players would especially enjoy reading just a few of the class changes we're currently planning. Please keep in mind, that this list is not at all comprehensive, and more importantly subject to change.
Divine Spirit – this spell is now a core ability available to all priests.

Discipline has access to a new talent, Power Word: Barrier. (Think of it as Power Word: Shield for your whole group).

Several area of effect (AOE) heal spells have been improved:

Prayer of Healing can be cast on any groups in your raid party.

Holy Nova’s mana cost has been reduced.

Circle of Healing now heals for more.
Shadow priest PvP survivability has been improved: Shadow Form now reduces magic as well as physical damage. Dispersion now removes snares.

Penance – this spell can now be targeted on the priest.

Serendipity – this talent now reduces the cast time of Greater Heal and Prayer of Healing when Binding Heal or Flash Heal are cast.

We are also working to give Holy additional PvP utility.

Wow what a great week its been, we did our first Naxx run with full guild members and even though it was not a clear I think we learned a lot.
The guild has come together so well this week we were able to get 1500 gold together to buy Howl his flying mount!!! Way to go guild!
